Running!

My Valentine's treat this year is getting to run the "Fangtastic 5k" sponsored by Nashville's NHL team, The Predators. The race entry come with free tickets to  a hockey game, so it makes for a fun-filled day

Here are some shots from this morning's 5k.

Bart and I survived the race! This was our first race together. and we're on track to run the music city half marathon at the end of April.

 

How lucky are we to have fans come out to cheer us on for the last leg of the race? I think my favorite part of the entire race was watching Bart tackle Damon. 

Look who else was running the 5k today! My partners in crime for the Disney Princess half marathon. Manda, Tess, and I tackle a much longer race in just 2 weeks.
